Forearm
43 year old lady with a particularly bad forearm fracture that required fixation of both bones. For the radius I had to use the longest plate available.
50 year old man involved in high speed road traffic accident. The fracture of the radius was so bad I had to use 3 plates to fix it.
This was our milkmans daughter after she fell on the trampoline. Closed reduction and flexible nailing under general anaesthetic.
